street business district in Carnegie, PA, it has the feel of an authentic
Italian bistro. Ciaos augments their standard menu with a wonderful assortment
of daily specials including appetizers. Sandwiches and dinner entrees
including Scampi & Scallops Provencal made with jumbo shrimp and fresh
sea scallops broiled in a white wine and garlic sauce topped with diced
tomato and herbed bread crumbs and served with a side of pasta. ($14.95)
If it’s steak you seek, consider the Filet da Beeco, an 8oz. filet mignon,
herb marinated and served over a bed of fresh spinach topped with Portobello
mushrooms and a port demglaze, and served with a side of pasta and a tossed
